The problem affected almost half of Microsoft’s global network. Microsoft Office 365 has millions of clients, and one minor outage can be extremely devastating to businesses are not willing to wait for the downtime to occur.
As a result of this outage Microsoft has now issued a big statement announcing that the company will be upgrading its server hardware in order to help improve its overall network performance.
The Microsoft Office outage affected several different parts of Microsoft’s email service, including Outlook, Active Directory and CRM. Microsoft also released an FAQ to answer the common questions of users who have experienced the outage.
